In surveillance tape released by the sheriff's office, a man walked into 7-Eleven in the 1000 block of Gateway Road in Edgewood around 4 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, and showed he had a handgun.

Then he demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes, according to the sheriff's office. Before the robbery, officials said they believed the man was inside the store as well, without his mask, and the sheriff's office released the tape from both visits.
