It's hard to believe, but the Bel Air Downtown Alliance is preparing for another exciting year of chocolate and candy in Downtown Bel Air. On March 5, 2011 we will be celebrating the 10th Annual Chocolate & Candy Festival at the Bel Air Armory from 10:00am to 3:00pm. We are very excited to be celebrating our 10th anniversary and we are planning to make this the best year ever! $5 admission per person/children under 5 are free
This year, our goal is to provide our faithful visitors with the largest number of chocolate and candy makers ever in our history from Harford County and beyond. It will truly be a day to celebrate everything that is so wonderful about chocolate and candy in Downtown Bel Air!
