The Harford County Public Library Foundation will be hosting its annual A Night Out @ the Library with a fireside chat by Cornelia Nixon, author of the novel “Jarrettsville.” This event will be held at the Harford County Public Library Jarrettsville Branch on Norrisville Road in Jarrettsville from 7-9 pm.
