As part of its 50th anniversary celebration, Valleybrook Country Club will hold its third annual Duck Derby on Saturday, May 21, from noon to 4 p.m. The proceeds from the event will be donated to the American Red Cross of Harford County.
The event is open to the public, and a $10 duck rental fee will be collected upon admission.
The Duck Derby takes place in Valleybrook’s “Lazy River,” the only one of its kind in Harford County. The “renters” of the first three ducks to cross the finish line will receive prize packages from area businesses with values up to $300 each.
