Saturday was also the 75th Anniversary (1951-2026) of the Domino Sugars neon sign being unveiled to Baltimore. Baltimore was coined Charm City in 1975 by then Mayor William Donald Schaefer. Mayor Brandon Scott honored both The "Charm'tastic Mile" and the Domino Sugars neon sign Milestone-Anniversaries.&nbsp;
