BEL AIR, MD — Despite releasing a surveillance photo of a possible suspect in the Fallen Heroes Memorial vandalism case, the Bel Air Police Department has not yet identified the person responsible.
"There are no leads on the graffiti investigation," Detective Jim Lockard said Wednesday.
The letters "MS" were spray-painted on the memorial at 2 South Bond Street, near the Harford County District Court, overnight between Monday, Nov. 28, and Tuesday, Nov. 29, police said.
