Firefighters Called To Bel Air Townhome Blaze Wednesday
A townhouse fire broke out in a townhouse community in Bel Air Wednesday morning, officials said.
BEL AIR, MD — A townhouse fire drew crews to Bel Air Wednesday morning, according to officials. Firefighters from Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company and Abingdon Fire Company responded to the blaze, authorities reported.
Before 1:15 a.m., Abingdon Fire Company said it was called to the 900 block of Cheswold Court to assist the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company. Smoke was showing from the two-story, middle-of-the-group residence when crews arrived, officials said.
Firefighters put out the blaze, which was in the attic and back of the residence, Abingdon fire officials reported.
