Flashover Captured On DashCam By Harford County Firefighters Battling House Fire
Video of a house fire shared by Fallston firefighters shows what's called a flashover happening while they were battling the blaze.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Firefighters shared striking footage from Chief 13's dashcam taken during a house fire that happened July 12 in the 2800 block of Browning Court.
The footage shows black smoke rolling from behind the home as firefighters battle the blaze, then suddenly, there's a bright flash of fire.
The Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Company said on Facebook that the "rapid fire load is referred to a flashover. A flashover occurs when all of the combustible material in a room or compartment reaches its ignition temperature at the same time."
