Forest Hill Woman Dies In Crash On I-95 Near White Marsh: Police
A Forest Hill woman died in a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday morning on Interstate 95 in Baltimore County, according to Maryland State Police.

WHITE MARSH, MD — Police said a Forest Hill woman died in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Baltimore County Tuesday morning near White Marsh. She hit a vehicle, struck a concrete barrier and collided with a parked tractor-trailer, under which her car became disabled, authorities reported.
The crash occurred around 3:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, along I-95 north past the exit for MD 43/White Marsh Boulevard.
Lisa Ann Schaefer, 33, of Forest Hill, was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to Maryland State Police.

Schaefer was driving a 2006 Infiniti G35 north on I-95 when for reasons that are not known, her car went off the road, sideswiping a 2013 Lincoln that was on the shoulder and proceeding to crash into a concrete barrier, police said.
The Infiniti then hit a parked tractor-trailer and became disabled underneath it, based on the preliminary investigation.

As police responded to the collision, multiple lanes were closed. By 8:25 a.m., officials said that I-95 had reopened.
The Maryland State Police Crash Team and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division are working on the investigation, and officials said that they have not determined a cause.
