Fraud Suspect Signed, Deposited Man's Check: Harford County Sheriff

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — The Harford County Sheriff's Office is searching for the man who stole a victim's check out of a mailbox and deposited the money into another account this summer.

According to the sheriff's office, the incident occurred June 6 and was reported to police by the victim June 28. The Harford County Sheriff's Office said the check was signed by a Kareem Rivers.
