Harford Budget Team Earns Distinguished Budget Presentation Award

Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly issued the following statement about the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award:

“In keeping with our duties as the stewards of taxpayers’ money, county government must effectively communicate to taxpayers our plan for meeting our fiscal challenges. This award from an independent organization recognizes our budget documents as an effective and transparent instrument of sound financial management. I am proud of our budget team for once again earning this recognition and consistently upholding the highest standards of their profession. I would especially like to thank Kim Spence, who recently retired as Chief of Budget & Management, for her 36 years of dedicated service with Harford County Government.”
