Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly Honors Victims of September 11th
Harford County Government held a wreath laying ceremony Wednesday morning at the Department of Emergency Services in Forest Hill.
Harford County Executive Bob Cassilly led a wreath-laying ceremony on Wednesday morning to honor those lost on September 11, 2021. He was joined by Director of Emergency Services Rick Ayers for the wreath placement. Chaplain Dave Graham from the Harford County Fire and EMS Association offered a prayer while members of the association's Honor Guard presented the colors.
