Weather Decision From Harford County Public Schools
Officials in Harford County reevaluated the decision about schools on Thursday, Nov. 15.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Harford County Public Schools will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 15. Officials made the announcement Thursday morning, updating an earlier decision to open late.
Harford County is under a winter weather advisory on Thursday. In effect from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, the advisory calls for up to 2 inches of sleet and snow as well as a glaze of ice.
Weather officials advise wintry precipitation will start between 5 and 9 a.m. and continue through 4 p.m. on Thursday.

School systems in Baltimore, Carroll and Howard counties are also closed on Thursday, Nov. 15. Cecil County is on a two-hour delay.
