'Horrid' Traffic In Joppa After Signal Outage: JMVFC
Multiple traffic lights are out, snarling traffic in Harford County, Joppa-Magnolia reports.

JOPPA, MD - Multiple traffic lights are out in Joppa after a truck hit overhead wires, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.
Firefighters said that the traffic signals were out on MD 152 between Interstate 95 and Singer Road after 4:30 p.m. because of the utility issue.
Route 152 was shut down in the area of Singer Road at 5:15 p.m., according to transportation officials.

Drivers should treat intersections where traffic lights are out as a four-way stop.
Joppa-Magnolia reported the following regarding traffic conditions after 5 p.m., describing most major roads as "horrid":
