House Fire on Carrs Mill Road Reported

Officials say part of the road is closed as firefighters battle working house fire.

FALLSTON, MD – One person was injured as the result of a house fire on Carrs Mill Road Thursday night, according to emergency officials, who said it was a minor injury and not a civilian.

By 10:45 p.m., the fire had been placed under control.

Crews were responding to a home that was ablaze in the 2200 block of Carrs Mill Road as of 9:56 p.m. on Thursday, said Jenn Chenworth, spokeswoman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.

Carrs Mill Road was shut down between Ryan and Fallston roads.
