Jarrettsville Woman Dies After Baltimore County Crash: Police

Police said a 40-year-old Harford County woman succumbed to her injuries after hitting two vehicles in Baltimore County.

PHOENIX, MD — A Harford County woman died over the weekend, days after she was involved in a crash on Jarrettsville Pike in Baltimore County, police said.

Lauren Miller, 40, of the 3900 block of Emrick Lane in Jarrettsville, died at the University of Maryland Medical Center on Sunday, according to authorities.

Miller had hit two cars while driving near Jacksonville at 10:20 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30.

Police said she was driving her 2002 Ford Taurus north on Jarrettsville Pike near Whitesworth Road when she crossed the double-yellow lines and hit two vehicles that were going south on Jarrettsville Pike. She hit a 2016 Isuzu truck and 2017 Ford Fusion, according to officials.

After the crash, Miller was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries Sunday, police said. She was pregnant, fire officials reported.

Authorities are still working to identify all the factors involved in the crash, investigators reported Sunday night.
