John's Men's Clothing Opens In Bel Air

A new men's store in Bel Air has set up shop downtown.

BEL AIR, MD — John's Men's Clothing opened recently in Bel Air. It sells clothing for men and adheres to the motto: "Work hard. Play hard. Dress easy."

The owners are a mother-daughter duo — Maureen Bruneau and Beth Pocalyko — who both live in Harford County.

Their store is on West Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Bel Air.

Among the brands it sells are Fish Hippie, Mavi Jeans, Linksoul, Fundamental Coast, Jachs NY, Toes on the Nose, Stantt and Buki.

A ribbon cutting marked the grand opening on April 5. At the event, Harford County Executive Barry Glassman and County Councilman Tony Giangiordano both presented the new business owners with proclamations.

Also in attendance were Bel Air Town Administrator Jesse, Bane, Bel Air Town Commissioner Amy Chmielewski, Jenny Falcone of the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, Bel Air Mayor Susan Burdette, Bel Air Director of Economic Development Trish Heidenreich and Robert Andrews from Harford County Office of Community and Economic Development.

John's Men's Clothing is at 10 West Pennsylvania Avenue in Bel Air.

Store hours are 10 a.m.– 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday.
