Joppa Credit Card Misuse Caught On Camera: Sheriff

Does this guy look familiar? The Harford County Sheriff's Office wants to know in connection with an incident in Joppa.

JOPPA, MD — The Harford County Sheriff's Office is asking for help identifying a man related to a burglary and credit card misuse case.

The alleged crimes occurred between April 24 and 25, according to the sheriff's office.

Authorities released a video Tuesday showing the man believed to be involved in the case. The footage was taken at a store in the 800 block of Philadelphia Road in Joppa before 1 a.m. on Tuesday, April 25.
