Man Charged In Bel Air With Soliciting Minor For Sex
Authorities said the man arranged to meet the girl in a parking lot owned by the town of Bel Air.

BEL AIR, MD - A man was charged with soliciting a minor after he tried to meet a girl for sex in a Bel Air parking lot, according to the Harford County Child Advocacy Center.
Luke Brooks, 39, of Parkville, arranged to meet someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl in the Pennsylvania Avenue parking lot in Bel Air, child advocacy officials said; he allegedly made plans to have sex with her for money, not knowing that the "girl" was law enforcement undercover.
Authorities said Brooks moved his vehicle from the agreed-upon location to the Hickory lot, where he was arrested without incident.
