BEL AIR, MD — A man disappeared from Harford County in March, officials said this week, asking for help finding him. He was last seen in Bel Air.
Roy Alexander Wallace Jr., 43, may be in the Edgewood area, authorities reported.
Wallace is described as 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
