Miller's Ale House Opening In Bel Air

BEL AIR, MD — Miller's Ale House will be opening soon in Bel Air. The restaurant has been under renovation where Famous Dave's used to be, at the intersection of US 1 at MD 24.

It will open on June 25, company officials told Bel Air Patch on Tuesday. The date is tentative.

Miller's Ale House is a casual restaurant and bar known for food like its hand-breaded chicken tenders that come with a variety of dipping sauces from honey BBQ to Thai chili. Also on the menu are burgers, wings, shareable dishes like potstickers and cheese fries, soups, sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, fish and chips, pasta, steak and other entree dishes. There is also a kids menu.

As far as drinks, Miller's Ale House generally offers around 75 local craft, seasonal and domestic beers as well as cocktails and wines.

The business is slated to appear before the Harford County Liquor Control Board regarding application for a liquor license on June 20.

Miller's Ale House has more than 80 locations in 12 states. The first opened its doors in 1988 in Jupiter, Florida. There is one in Delaware about a half-mile from the Christiana Mall.

The Bel Air restaurant will be the second for the company in Maryland; the other is in Rockville.

Miller's Ale House will be located at 601 Baltimore Pike, Bel Air, MD 21014.
