Mulch Fire Damages Apartment Building in Bel Air
Officials said they were called to apartment fire and found flames spreading from mulch.

An apartment building sustained exterior damage Tuesday after a fire broke out from improperly disposed of cigarettes, according to the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company.
Firefighters were called to an apartment blaze in the 110 block of Royal Oak Drive and found that mulch was on fire and was beginning to spread up the front of the building, the fire company reported.
The brick was damaged by smoke and a window on the first floor was also impacted by the fire, according to the report.
