  • I-95 north, before MD 543 exit: Backups remain from a 7:40 a.m. tractor-trailer fire that temporarily shut down I-95 north between MD 24 and MD 543. One lane was getting by—the left—and alternate routes were jammed.
  • MD 543 at MD 22: All lanes are shut down due to two-vehicle crash. A motorcyclist was taken by medevac from the scene after crash at approximately 8:45 a.m., according to WNEW.
  • US 40 at MD 152: Single-vehicle incident was reported at 8:42 a.m. Eastbound lane and slow shoulder were closed for cleanup as of 9:30 a.m., with the left lane getting by. A tractor-trailer became uncoupled, blocking northbound MD 152 at US 40, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.
