Noise, Vibrations Possible From APG Tests This Week
Officials from Aberdeen Proving Ground said that noise levels will be monitored during testing.

ABERDEEN, MD ā Those in and around Aberdeen Proving Ground may feel or hear vibrations and noise due to testing this week.
The U.S. Army's Aberdeen Test Center has scheduled operations that officials say may be noticeable in the surrounding communities.
The tests are planned for Monday, April 10, to Thursday, April 13. They will be held during the daytime hours.

"These operations will not be hazardous to residents of surrounding communities and are a necessary part of the Armyās testing mission," according to a statement from Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).
Officials will be monitoring noise and weather readings throughout the day during testing to ensure the impact is minimized.
"APG leadership takes noise complaints very seriously and wants to provide as much transparency as possible to the surrounding communities without compromising the security of the missions conducted here," officials said in a statement.
