Oak Crest Promotes Celeste Saunders Of Bel Air
A nine-year employee, the Bel Air resident will become Home Care Administrator at Oak Crest.
Oak Crest, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the promotion of Mrs. Celeste Saunders to Home Care Administrator.
Celeste holds more than 26 years of nursing experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health and home support settings. During her nine-year tenure at Oak Crest, she has served in the leadership positions of Home Support Clinical Manager and Home Support Manager.
As Home Care Administrator, Celeste will oversee the overall management and performance of the Medicare-certified home health agency and home support department. The respective teams, consisting of nurses, therapists, managers and support staff, help to maintain the safety and independence of residents in whichever level of care they choose to live. For example, a resident can call upon the department for post-surgery care and take advantage of those services from the comfort of his or her apartment home.

The Home Health Team of Oak Crest has been named in the annual rankings of HomeCare Elite®, a recognition of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States, for nine consecutive years.
A resident of Bel Air, Maryland with her husband Michael, Celeste is currently attending Stevenson University.
