One In Grave Condition After Riverside Crash: Abingdon Fire Co.
A Maryland State Police helicopter airlifted one person from the crash in the Belcamp area Friday night, authorities said.

BELCAMP, MD — One person was in grave condition after a crash in the Riverside area Friday night, the Abingdon Fire Company reported. After the initial call came in for the crash, crews said they were alerted one person was trapped.
The collision happened around 8:37 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7. Two vehicles crashed on Primrose Lane at Baneberry Drive, according to officials.
A medevac was called and flew one person in grave condition to shock trauma, according to the Abingdon Fire Company. Authorities said another person refused care.

This was the second crash in two hours that the Abingdon Fire Company handled. In both cases, there was someone trapped.

The earlier crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on Route 7, sending four people to area hospitals.
