Woman Pay Off Debt (patch.com) — A Harford County woman who loves playing scratch-offs with her mom just scored a $57,777 prize on a Triple Red 7s Tripler ticket bought at the Wawa on Belair Road in Bel Air. Using the alias "Hawks," she says the unexpected windfall will go toward paying off debt, while the Bel Air Wawa also earns a small bonus for selling the lucky ticket.
   

2. CBL Properties closes land sales for 515 multifamily units By Investing.com (investing.com) — A 249-unit apartment complex is planned on a 3.9-acre parcel at Harford Mall in Bel Air, with construction starting in the coming weeks and opening expected in fall 2028. The sale is part of CBL Properties' broader strategy to redevelop mall land, following an earlier sale of over 10 acres at the same site for mixed-use development.
   

3. Local Infusion opens Western MD location (thedailyrecord.com) — A specialty infusion clinic has opened in Hagerstown, expanding Local Infusion's Maryland footprint that already includes a Bel Air location among six others statewide. The company uses an AI-driven platform and private suites to make IV-based treatments more accessible, with flexible appointment times aimed at reducing long trips to larger cities for care.
   

4. Manheim approaches $2M in annual fundraising for Boys & Girls Clubs (autoremarketing.com) — Manheim Maryland, formerly Bel Air Auto Auction, raised $22,182 for its local Boys & Girls Club as part of Manheim's national Back-to-School campaign. That effort helped the company collect more than $601,000 this year and approach $2 million in total donations since 2021, supporting youth programs in the communities where its locations operate.
