Ceremony Marks 25th Anniversary Of 9/11 Terror Attacks (patch.com) — Bel Air residents are invited to a 9/11 memorial Friday morning at the Harford County Fairgrounds Equestrian Center, featuring a fire truck procession and music by Havre de Grace High School students. • Maryland approves Harford's request for Joppatowne Sustainable Community Designation, opens funding opportunities for revitalization (belairnewsandviews.com) — From their Bel Air headquarters, Harford County officials have secured state approval to expand the Sustainable Community designation to Joppatowne, opening new funding for revitalization projects. Local businesses, property owners, and nonprofits near Route 40 can now pursue grants for façade upgrades, home repairs, demolition, and redevelopment, building on similar investments already made in Edgewood.
