• Maryland expanding 24/7 emissions testing kiosks at 7 locations across the state (wmar2news.com) — Bel Air drivers will soon have a second 24/7 self-service emissions testing kiosk, making it easier and slightly cheaper to complete required VEIP checks. The Maryland MVA is expanding kiosks statewide, with Bel Air's additional unit joining Gaithersburg, Beltsville, and several other locations over the coming months. Tests at kiosks cost $26 and can be done anytime.
