Does this man look familiar? The Bel Air Police Department wants to talk to him after he allegedly alarmed another citizen.

BEL AIR, MD - The Bel Air Police Department is asking for information regarding a man who allegedly made a statement that alarmed another citizen over the weekend.

Police released two images on Monday of the man in hopes of identifying him.

Authorities do not believe there is any threat to public safety, he added.

"There weren't any injuries; it's not like somebody was heavily threatened," Gullion said. "He said some things that led to someone being alarmed, and we're just trying to figure out if what he said was a joke, if it was innocent."

Continued Gullion: "It's unclear....He didn't threaten bodily harm. He didn't threaten a business. We would just really like to know who the person is so we can get to the bottom of it."

The man, who is classified as a person of interest, has a goatee, tattoos on both forearms, silver/chrome bracelets and is wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans as well as a baseball hat in the still photos.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sergeant Henry Marchesani at 410-638-4515 or email him at hmarchesani@belairmd.org.
