Ray Lewis Coming to Bel Air for Book Signing

The NFL linebacker is promoting his memoir at Barnes and Noble in Tollgate Marketplace in October.

Retired Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis will be in Bel Air soon after his new memoir hits the shelves for a book signing at Barnes & Noble.

To attend, customers must show a Barnes & Noble receipt proving they purchased Lewis’s book.

The memoir—I Feel Like Going on: Life, Game and Glorywas the top new release Thursday in the Christian Faith category on Amazon (which updates its list hourly), according to Lewis.

Published by Simon and Schuster imprint Touchstone, the 288-page memoir details the athlete’s ascent from a rocky Florida childhood to two Super Bowl wins, with his faith in God carrying him through storms like a murder case along the way. Following the 2013 Super Bowl, Lewis retired and subsequently became an ESPN analyst. He is now 40.

The retail price for a hard copy of Lewis’s memoir is $14.84.

The book signing at the Bel Air Barnes & Noble will be at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22. Each person may have up to two books signed. Lewis will not be posing for pictures or signing anything other than his memoir. Wristbands are required for entry to the event, redeemable with the receipt from any Barnes & Noble store or bn.com proving the purchase of Lewis’s book. Store employees will start issuing wristbands at 9 a.m. on Oct. 22.

Barnes & Noble is located at 620 Marketplace Drive in Bel Air.
