North Stepney Road between Montreal Drive and Carsins Run Road, has been reopened to all through traffic.
North Stepney Road in Aberdeen, between Montreal Drive and Carsins Run Road, has been reopened to all through traffic as of 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, after completion of storm drain rehabilitation work.
