Boy Shot In Foot In Edgewood: Sheriff
A shooting in Edgewood that injured a 16-year-old is under investigation, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

EDGEWOOD, MD — A 16-year-old boy was shot in the foot in Edgewood on Tuesday, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. The victim was in stable condition at an area hospital, officials said Tuesday evening.
"While the investigation remains active and ongoing, detectives believe this is an isolated incident and have not uncovered any evidence to support early rumors that this was a drive-by shooting," the sheriff's office said in a statement.
Authorities said they found the victim outside near Harford Square Drive and C Court around 3:12 p.m. suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot.

Medics provided aid at the scene, and the juvenile was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment, officials reported.
Deputies collected evidence at the location, and the shooting remains under investigation.
