Shoplifter Ran Out Of Festival At Bel Air With Basket: Sheriff
The sheriff's office is investigating a shoplifting case on Bel Air South Parkway.

BEL AIR, MD — Authorities are asking for help identifying a man wearing a "Fed Ex" shirt who allegedly ran out of a store in the Festival at Bel Air with a basket full of merchandise.
The man left in a red two-door vehicle with tag "7BC2378," according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
The shoplifting was reported at Rite Aid in the unit block of South Bel Air Parkway at 8:18 p.m. on Monday, May 29, officials said in a statement Friday, June 16.

The suspect in the Memorial Day theft was described as a 6-foot-tall African-American man wearing glasses who had a medium build, dark complexion and was wearing a dark-colored shirt with the Fed Ex emblem on it.
