Klein's ShopRite Named Bel Air Business Of The Year For 2018

Congratulations to Bel Air's Business of the Year and the recipient of the Archer-Bull Award!

BEL AIR, MD — Klein's ShopRite was named the Bel Air Business of the Year for 2018. The town of Bel Air and its economic and community development commission made the announcement at a banquet Thursday night at the Liriodendron.

The Business of the Year Award is presented to those who make the most significant contributions to the town through volunteer work and community development in Bel Air, according to town officials.

Klein's ShopRite owners Andrew, Jayne and Sarah Klein accepted award from the Bel Air Board of Town Commissioners Thursday night at the celebratory event for their business at 223 North Main Street.

The Bel Air Economic & Community Development Commission also presented restaurant One Eleven Main with the "Archer-Bull Award." Named for Bel Air's 19th-century architect George Archer and master builder Jacob Bull, the award recognizes excellence in design.

One Eleven Main was honored for the rehabilitation of its building at 111 South Main Street and so was the firm it partnered with for the project, Architectural Design Works.
