Suspected Drug Dealers Charged: Harford Sheriff
Multiple search warrants led to seizure of drugs, cash, guns and paraphernalia, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reports.

Authorities charged two alleged drug dealers and seized guns, drugs, paraphernalia and cash recently after a two-month investigation involving multiple agencies, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials found two handguns; 2.6 grams of heroin; 16 oxycodone pills; 4 grams of cocaine; scales; packaging materials; and more than $3,300 in cash at residences in Edgewood, Aberdeen and Abingdon where law enforcement served five search warrants on Aug. 11, the sheriff’s office reported.
Tony Spriggs, 31, of the 100 block of Redbud Road in Edgewood, and Stacey Buschman, 30, of the 1900 block of Crouse Road in Forest Hill, were arrested, according to court records.

Spriggs was charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute; two counts of possessing a firearm related to a drug trafficking crime; and possession of firearm while having committed a felony.
Buschman was charged with possession with intent to distribute narcotics, possession of drugs other than marijuana and possessing a firearm related to a drug trafficking crime, according to court records.

Spriggs was being held at the Harford County Detention Center on $75,000 bond, while Buschman was being held without bail, the sheriff’s office reported.
Both have hearings scheduled for Sept. 8 in Harford County District Court.
Multiple agencies were involved in the bust, the report said: the Harford County Task Force, Cecil County Task Force, Harford County Special Response Team, and SWAT teams from the DEA and local municipalities.
The Harford County Task Force is made up of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police, Aberdeen Police Department, Bel Air Police Department, Havre de Grace Police Department, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Harford County States Attorney’s Office.
