HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A teenager has been reported missing from Harford County. Seaera Rose Cowart, 12, was last seen Wednesday at approximately 8:30 p.m. leaving an event in the 3400 block of Box Hill Corporate Center Drive.
She was wearing gray sweatpants and a black zip-up hoodie. Call the Harford County Sheriff's Office at 410-838-6600 with any information.
