First, callers who dialed 911 did not have an exact location, so emergency personnel had to fan out in hopes of locating her.

The White Marsh utility crew located her by taking Jones Road and trekking one-quarter mile down the trail, according to the report.

First responders provided emergency medical care and put the teen in an ATV, which returned her to the Jones Road parking lot, the report said.

Then she was transferred into the medic unit, which transported her to the medevac landing site. She was flown to the University of Shock Trauma Medical Center, where officials said she was in serious condition.
