Tractor-Trailer, Car Crash on Conowingo Road: Harford Fire and EMS

DARLINGTON, MD — A tractor-trailer became entangled with wires in a crash in Darlington Wednesday evening, officials said.

At 5 p.m., first responders were at the scene of the crash, which involved a tractor-trailer and car in the 4100 block of Conowingo Road, according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association. He said the road was shut down in the area.

Delmarva Power reported that eight customers were experiencing outages at 5:45 p.m., with utility service expected to be restored by 7 p.m.
