Trombonist Giving Master Class In Bel Air

Music Land in Bel Air is hosting a celebrated trombonist.

From Maryland Center for the Arts: The Maryland Center for the Arts, in partnership with Joe Noto’s Music Land in Bel Air, presents a free master class for students with renowned bass trombonist, Randy Campora, on Saturday, April 28, at 11:00 a.m., at Music Land (200 Gateway Drive) in Bel Air. A free concert by Mr. Campora follows at noon.

Mr. Campora joined the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) in 1985 during his third year of undergraduate studies at the Peabody Conservatory and has also performed with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the National Symphony Orchestra, and the Tallahassee Symphony.

The Maryland State Arts Council through the Harford County Cultural Arts Board granted funds to the Maryland Center for the Arts to support free master classes for instrumental students, elementary through high school age, in a rare opportunity for everyone to interact with some of our region’s finest musicians in an intimate setting at Joe Noto’s Music Land, an award-winning music instrument and supply store in Bel Air, that also hosts music concerts and instructional classes. Bring your coffee for a relaxed morning of live music on April 28, from 11am to 1pm.
