Free Coffee At Wawa In Bel Air On Thursday, April 13

To celebrate its birthday, Wawa will offer free coffee to visitors at its Bel Air stores and those in the six states where it operates.

BEL AIR, MD — April 13 is "Wawa Day," when the convenience store celebrates its birthday, and customers can get a free self-serve coffee to celebrate Thursday, including at its Bel Air locations.

Founded April 16, 1964, Wawa opened its first store in Folsom, Pennsylvania. It was known as "Wawa Food Market." Since then, it has grown to have presence in six states.

This year the company is celebrating its 53rd birthday a few days early, and we're not mad about it.

"Wawa Day provides us with a chance to connect with and honor the millions of customers we’ve served over the past 53 years who have been so integral to Wawa’s growth over that time,” Chris Gheysens, Wawa’s President and CEO, said in a statement.

Each person is limited to one coffee of any size, free of charge, as part of the Wawa Day festivities. Find the nearest Wawa stores.
