  • Harford County government (also closed Friday)
  • Harford County Public Library (also closed Friday)
  • Schools: Harford County Public Schools will close three hours early on Wednesday, Nov 22. Schools will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24.
  • College: Harford Community College will close at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 22, and remain closed until Monday, Nov. 27. The HCC library will be open on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Harford County Circuit and District courts
  • Post offices
  • Banks
  • Federal and state government offices
