Where to Vote Early in Bel Air for 2016 Election
Four locations are open for early voting in Harford County. One polling place is in Bel Air.

BEL AIR, MD — There are four locations in Harford County where people can cast their ballots before Election Day. Early voting in Maryland starts Thursday, Oct. 27, and runs through Thursday, Nov. 3. Here's where to go to cast your ballot in Harford County:
- McFaul Activity Center, 525 W. MacPhail Road, Bel Air MD 21014
- Edgewood Library, 629 Edgewood Road, Edgewood, MD 21040
- The University Center (formerly HEAT Center), 1201 Technology Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21001
- Jarrettsville Library, 3722 Norrisville Road, Jarrettsville, MD 21084
On the ballot is a question specific to Harford County (see sample ballots at the bottom of the article) regarding a charter amendment that proposes transferring the duties of purchasing, selling or leasing property from the Department of Procurement to the Office of the Director of the Administration. See the bill here, which was passed by the county council; it requires a vote to become law.
Voters can cast their ballots at any of the four polling places in Harford County during early voting, according to the Harford County Board of Elections.

Hours for early voting are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 27, to Thursday, Nov. 3. See the full list of early voting polling places for the state. Those who vote early cannot send in absentee ballots, and they may not vote on election day (Tuesday, Nov. 8). The deadline for requesting an absentee ballot is Nov. 1.
