Wife seeks justice for husband

On July 27th A harford county man turned himself in to the harford county detention center for a violation of probation. As he walked through the doors he was ready to own up to his mistake and serve his time while still providing for the family that turned his life around. Little did he know his plans were about to change.
After his trail just two short weeks before he was told to turn himself in two weeks from that day and sent home with his family.
He recieved no paperwork, no information and no direction as to what happens next.
He went home to spend time with his family and inform his job of the work release he was given and prepare for his time in the detention center. In the paperwork he never recieved, never signed and was never informed of, not even by his attorney, there were specific directions on turning himself in, more specifically, he was to turn himself before 9am on the 27th of July.
Since he was unaware of the time requirement, he turned himself in before the end of the day thinking it would be ok so long as it was before the the 28th. Instead, he was slammed with an escape charge, thrown in maximum security, and had his work release taken away. Leaving his wife, with medical diagnosis' that keep her from working, and two year old daughter with no money, bills to pay, and a battle to fight.
His wife is determined to prove that our justice system has failed her family and that her husbands been wrongfully accused due to the mistakes of others. Even without money for an attorney she has sworn to do what she can to get justice for her family.
