William S. James Elementary School Closed On October 16
The school in Abingdon is closed because of an issue with utilities, Harford County Public Schools reports.
ABINGDON, MD — William S. James Elementary School will be closed on Monday, Oct. 16, according to Harford County Public Schools officials.
Authorities announced the closure on Sunday evening due to a water main break.
Schools in Harford County already have an abbreviated week; students are off on Friday, Oct. 20, for the Maryland State Education Association convention and will dismiss three hours early on Thursday, Oct. 19.
