Woman Accused of Stealing $2K in Gift Cards: Bel Air PD

BEL AIR, MD – The Bel Air Police Department is asking for help identifying a woman who bought $2,000 in gift cards from the Target in Bel Air on Saturday, Jan. 16.

To purchase them, police said the woman used stolen credit cards.

The suspect is described as 35 to 40 years old. She was wearing blue jeans, a black coat and black scarf at the time of the purchase, police reported.
