Woman Hit By Tree During Storm, More Trees Crash Into Houses: Harford Co. Fire Officials
A woman was hit by a tree during Monday's storms. Other people were rescued when trees crashed into their homes, Harford officials said.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Multiple injuries, property damage and fires were reported after storms rolled through Harford County Monday night.
A woman was hit by a tree along the Joe K. Trail under the Hatem Bridge. The Havre De Grace Ambulance Corps was dispatched and took the woman to the hospital, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company.
Residents can check Baltimore Gas & Electric's outage map to see if there are widespread outages, and report problems. As of 11:30 p.m. Monday, Harford County had 12,886 utility customers without power.

BGE had 7,402 customers without power, and Delmarva Power had 5,484 outages, according to PowerOutage.US.
"We are working safely and as quickly as possible to restore service for our customers. At this time crews are assessing damage and will update restoration times as they become available," Delmarva Power said on its website. "Stay away from downed power lines and other equipment and report it to us immediately at 1-800-898-8042."

A tree went into a townhome in the 1800 block of Glendale Lane. Volunteer firefighters from the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company and Harford County Special Operations Team members rescued a trapped, uninjured person.
Another tree crashed into a house in the 2900 block of Troyer Road in White Hall. Volunteer firefighters from the Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company and Harford County Special Operations Team members rescued two trapped people. Harford County EMS transported at least one patient to UM Upper Chesapeake Health.
The Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Company reported eight weather-related incidents including a brush fire, wires on fire, a vehicle crash with rescue, four electrical emergencies and one call to check out smoke.
