BETHESDA, MD — From cycling classes to kickboxing and strength training, the second most popular New Year's resolutions for 2017 are "exercising more" and "weight loss," according to the Marist Poll, which surveyed people likely to make a resolution this year.
“Being a better person” topped the list at 16 percent, knocking “weight loss” from the No. 1 spot for the first time since 2014. If you resolve to be a better person by exercising more in 2017, Yelp reviewers have made it a little easier by rating health clubs in the area.
