BETHESDA, MD — Months after its closure, the space that once housed the Woodmont Grill in Bethesda was bought in a $7 million deal, according to a report.
The 6,300-square-foot space at 7715 Woodmont Ave. was acquired by Steve Salis, the D.C. restaurateur who founded the Catalogue group.
Salis told the Washington Business Journal that he intends to open a Ted's Bulletin in the space by next year. The site would serve as the eatery's flagship in Maryland.
As previously reported by Patch, Woodmont Grill abruptly closed in October without any prior notice. The restaurant had served the community since the early 1990s.
