Site Of Longtime Bethesda Eatery Sells For $7M: Report
The site of the former Woodmont Grill in Bethesda was bought by a D.C. restaurateur.

BETHESDA, MD — Months after its closure, the space that once housed the Woodmont Grill in Bethesda was bought in a $7 million deal, according to a report.
The 6,300-square-foot space at 7715 Woodmont Ave. was acquired by Steve Salis, the D.C. restaurateur who founded the Catalogue group.
Salis told the Washington Business Journal that he intends to open a Ted's Bulletin in the space by next year. The site would serve as the eatery's flagship in Maryland.
